As we receive information about the dogs available for adoption we will post it here. Please be patient as the rescues and shelters transition from reunification efforts to finding homes for the remaining evacuated dogs.
Adoptable Typhoon Dogs
A small number of dogs evacuated from the villages of Western Alaska will be available for adoption. Stay tuned for more information.
The Office of the State Veterinarian has requested that you contact the shelters and rescues directly, as the OSV will not be able to track availability and adoptions.
Note: the three cuties on the left have already been adopted through Anchorage Animal Care and Control.
